where have i been you ask? well, since march i've been mostly working and playing ts3. i don't feel like posting so that's why there's no new posts from me for over nine months. also i haven't played ts2 since march when i've posted my last speed build and i don't feel like i'm gonna open that game any time soon.

another day, another build. this one is called "tranquil haven", it has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

of course all credits fly to the cc creators i used.

small reminder, but as you will be installing I suggest using the clean installer if you prefer to furnish the house yourself.

soooo...... i've made this thing.

this house is called "palefern hideaway". i felt like a bob builder once again and decided to rummage through pinterest looking for some floorplan and that’s how palefern hideaway came to be. with furnishings it costs 108k simoleons, but it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so there should be enough space for all the sims. there's also art room you could easily turn into the 4th bedroom if you would like.

of course all credits fly to the cc creators i used.
