that i'm mentally in a way better place and my brain is fully developed i've been thinking about past me and i can't believe she ever hated and harmed my body (like wtf was that?)

anyways as i was sweating through hot yoga this morning, i thanked my body and at the end of class i kissed my knees for all their hard work.

i'm so grateful to this body that lets me hug my grandparents. this body I've adorned with tattoos like stickers on a nalgene water bottle.

this body has taken me up mountains and deep into caves and i love her.
