today has been so stressful at work; i received some terrible news about friends of mine and i have such a pounding headache and what do i do?? turn on netflix only to have my anxiety triggered.

i might just hang around right now; as i’m really feeling awful and trying to ride the anxiety out.

hey, guys!! i just wanted to clarify to let you guys know; i am okay now. a huge thank you goes out to teresatheimmune, bloodymotherboards, and the anon who sent me kind and calming messages during my anxiety attack.

a group of my friends and i were out and in a somewhat unsafe neighborhood and i just feel extremely uncomfortable due to some past incidents and a few other things that came up which triggered my anxiety terribly, and since it had been so high since this morning and my family has such little tolerance for it, i completely panicked whilst i was out. though two of my friends knew, i couldn’t think clearly and came onto here for help in a frenzied panic. so thank you to those that did reach out. you calmed me down whilst i was out and when i was leaving. i’m feeling much, much better now that i left. thank you again for caring. i love you all dearly.
