Keith and Lance going back and forth calling each other names, and one of them not wanting to concede but their running out of names, and just saying "I know you are, but what am I?" over and over again, and the other deciding to see if their really paying attention and complimenting them and the other saying "I know you are, but what am I?" again before realising what they said. What exactly is Discord?

discord is an app/program that lets invited groups of people chat together! you can share pictures and videos and links and there are different channels where you can chat about different things!! (ex: in the spacefam discord we have a channel for musicals, memes, writing, art, and a bunch more!)

one of my favorite things though is the voice chat because i just love hearing all of your precious angelic lil voices?? ? and people sing on there and do homework and we all talk and it’s just SO PURE I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH 😭💜💜

@renmultishipshelp you aren’t bothering me at all, don’t worry haha! ummm i’ve written a few fics in my day but i honestly have no idea what i’m doing if i’m honest lmao? but like, one thing i learned from writing that helps me personally is that i need to always start with an ending in mind. i started a super long fic like a year ago and never finished because i only knew the concept i wanted to start with and i’m horrible and ending things? so like, plan out the whole plot first and go from there. idk if that helps you at all, but that’s the thing i focus on most. also, make sure you really care about/are interested in what you’re writing because it will totally show through in the end result, yknow?

Why is there a discord chat? We already had a chat, and now it's like we're just replacing it? I mean, no one said that but that's what happened. Now everyone's on there and no one posted about it on the msparp chat and it doesn't seem fair to us. It feels so big over there and less friendly... Which is no ones fault I'm sorry I'm being bitter and annoying but I JUST WANT TO RESTORE BALANCE TO THE UNIVERSE. Why wasn't the old chat good enough? I'm confused. Sorry for ranting

look…. no one has ever said the other chat wasn’t “good enough” and i really don’t want anyone from msparp to take this personally because i’ve had a great time at msparp when i’ve been there! that being said, the discord has honestly been such a great thing to be a part of and i love it so so much. it seems like it’s a bit easier to access because there’s an app and you can post pictures and voice chat and there’s just so many possibilities there, yknow? 

a ton of people had asked for the discord and i don’t regret it at all because i’ve gotten to talk to so many of you and it just warms my heart so much?

please don’t get this wrong: the msparp chat was (and still is!!!) so awesome and fun!! there’s absolutely no reason the discord needs to kill off the other chat, they both can exist for whoever wants them! :) i personally look at it like the more ways we can all interact with each other, the better! 

when the bonding session thing happened last weekend, so so many people came to me and told me they were sad because msparp wouldn’t let them in or it just wasn’t working! so many people wanted to be a part of it and it just didn’t happen for one reason or another. (on the other end of things, only 2 people - you included - have said anything negative about discord… to me at least lol) and i’m not saying discord is perfect at all because some people have had issues adjusting to it and the links are kind of weird, but we’re trying to make it as easy for you guys as we can.

(also, i’m not sure how you got the impression of “unfriendliness” because legitimately every single day since the discord started, i’ve seen so many loving friendly spacefam members there supporting and helping each other and just hanging out! it seriously has been such an amazing place to get to know you all better! also the voice chat is lit af at nighttime and we all sing karaoke and i just can’t stress enough how much i love you all? you are precious angels and i would sell my kidney for u no joke)

i’m glad to hear you’ll try to be positive, but please don’t apologize. i understand that change is hard, but i think the main takeaway from this is just how great this group of people is. i’m honestly so proud of you guys and how much you care about each other and any way that we can all stay in touch and interact is great! thank you so much for being a part of msparp, discord, or even just chilling here with us on tumblr! i love you all so much!! 💜💜💜
