He pushed her back the moment she finished talking, brushing himself off with his hands. What a surprise. He glared at her, eyes pitch black. “Well isn’t it a shock, Heidi? You beat me… I am terrified.”

Her hands balled into tight fists at her sides, a growl passing her lips as he pushed her away. It took almost everything in her to refrain from going back at him. What would the masters think if she destroyed one of their most prized guard members? She was glaring back at him, her pitch black gaze filled with hatred and anger. "Tell me why you won't just leave me to mourn the loss of my family. All of this could have been avoided if you had actually listened to me. I want an answer. What is so interesting about me that you won't just do as I ask?"
