Today, at night, russia destroyed Khakhovka HPP.

The consequences of this is similar to using weapon of mass distractions. Damage for people, infrastructure and ecosystem would last for decades and not only for Ukraine. Also, it puts the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in an even more dangerous situation than it is now.

While I'm writing this, 10 settlements are flooded, 2 completely drowned, and ~80 in danger.

I cannot proceed this.
