In which Rosita still got married to that jerk and proceed to have an affair with Battisto... but she couldn't get divorced, so uh. Battisto handled it. Now they get to have as many kids as they want because Battisto is Anglican now and that means he can fuck supremely. Rosita is a granola mom. Also Anselm is a youth pastor and needs an estrogen prescription almost as bad as he needs to wedge himself into his priest's marriage. <3 And the gals are basically the exact same except Saba has access to fanfic...

The Mountain View Mausoleum, which served as the backdrop of Ghost's Ministry in lore videos and the filming location for Call Me Little Sunshine’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! performance, recently got hit with some damages from the Eaton Fire, on top of almost a hundred years of natural wear and tear.
The Pasadena Cemetery Association currently have a fundraiser running to restore damaged parts of the stained glass windows in the Mausoleum. The fundraiser can be found below:
Support the restoration of Mountain View Mausoleum’s stained glass in Altadena after the Eaton Fire. Your gift helps save this historic land
Stained glass is an endangered art, and the families of those interred in this mausoleum deserve to see their loved ones’ final resting place be as beautiful as it can be. If you’re in a position to do so, please consider donating!

Every time I visit a Methodist church, I have a bit of a shock at the feeling of a comfortable pew. I’m used to feeling the guilt of sin shoot directly through my ass cheeks via my church’s unpadded pews that have been bolted to the floor since the 18th century. The UMC’s reputation for being a bunch of gay hippies is NOT being remedied by their passion for upholstery, but I do appreciate it.

One secret truth people seem to forget more and more often is that you can often dislike things without having a fully rationalized argument for why they’re morally wrong.
Yes, it’s always worth reflecting upon why something makes you uncomfortable. Sometimes the answer is internalized bigotry that you need to confront. But sometimes things just make you personally uncomfortable, even if they’re technically harmless to the general population. That can be an equally helpful thing to realize.

New Battisto ref I've had in the works for a hot minute. I wanted to make sure I got this one out in time for Art Fight! I gave him a few small design changes to reflect the plans for his future fullsuit, plus gave him some cute little outfit refs.

Indeed! I love bowelfly's art. They actually drew Pope Lucidius during Art Fight last year, and it's still one of my favorite drawings of him :)
I have no strong opinions on the Art Fight rule changes, but I do want to encourage beginner artists to only use 3D models as an occasional tool. You will grow so much more as an artist if you take the time to learn anatomy and how to construct poses without relying on tracing models. Stop spending two hours posing that anime girl model… Take my hand… Let’s go read the Morpho books…
