officially done with the dentist stuff for some time!

status of my dead tooth? a successful root canal treatment 🫡

today i had the last thing at the dentist - the tartar removal - damn...... im so glad it's over! it was so painful and my jaw + legs started to shake at some point because i was so tense from the pain but... i made it! and the lady performing the procedure was very nice which was helpful

if any1 has tips for maintaining good oral hygiene - please let me know

it wasn’t until may that i found out about the existence of between-teeth-brushes...... i guess they could have helped me a lot before... but, oh well... at least nice to know about them now! + i was recommended oral b io2 (because the newer versions are much more expensive and have some ai-mouth mapping fiddle-faddle) and i can really feel a Huge difference in comparison with a regular tooth brush
