A few days ago I came across this photo being reblogged on tumblr with quite a few notes.

The problem with that is that I know the breeder who owns these animals and took this photo and it is not the person who posted it on tumblr.

Today while on this breeder’s Facebook they posted a photo and a guy commented on it and said “I’ve seen this animal on at least 6 other websites and I now don’t know who it actually belongs to.”

This is where giving credit/sourcing the photos you take from other people’s pages becomes very important. Since someone has been stealing this breeder’s photos, customers are questioning his business.

Keep in mind that even though you think it may not be a big deal… It actually is.
