In spite of her anger over the way Magnus spoke about Elliott, she couldn’t help smirking at Magnus’ amusement. ‘I would hardly tell you what I’d done if I planned on doing the same to you, would I?’ She tutted. ‘No, I’ll think of something else for you.’ His aim was badly off since he wasn’t looking what he was doing, and Kaelie didn’t even need to duck to avoid the pillow.
