Meeting the Doctor
"Well it’s brand new" The Doctor grumbled, throwing his hands up in the air. "Good! Good! That means they haven’t been here long… Maybe if I follow him, I can see where they’re holding the factory…." The Doctor said, looking over at the man. "Lovely to meet you, but I’ve got to dash" he said, running quickly to catch up with the man.
"Wait, what?" Eyes wide, Books started sprinting after the strange man—the Doctor, he had called himself? "Mister, wait up!" she called, weaving through the crowd. "Do ya even know where you’re goin’? Hey!"
"Course I do, I'm following this guy- I never caught your name?" he asked, turning to face her. "Now I think you should turn back and forget me, I've got- stuff to do..." he frowned, following after the man. Once he realized that she wasn't turning back, he turned to her again. "Look, who ever you are! I've got a lot of stuff to do and if you can't keep up, you can't come along, so either go back or hurry up!"
