I miss boyyyyfeeee
Don’t need to over complicate things today. It’s rainy outside, I’m just spending time with me, I have things to ponder. I will nap, I will watch a movie, I will journal, I will go to sleep.
I need to paint.
I need to open my curtain.
I need to shower.
I need to go to sleep.
New strategy: pretend I’m cracked as FUCK at everything, literally the best is gets, and then I will be. I am genuinely the GOAT.
Updates:
- I’m sleeping less at night
- I took a 4 hours nap today
- I have turned auto caps back on because I grew an extra brain cell

i live in such a beautiful area
things i’m proud of myself for that i’ve never given much thought:
- brushing my teeth morning and night
- flossing nearly every day
- taking care of my skin
- caring for the environment
- challenging my own biases
went for a walk today! ate good food and got something challenging done.
sitting outside first thing every morning has been helping me out.
i need courage, strength, empathy, compassion, resilience, and persistence to get through the difficult things i need to do today.
i have to engage wise mind.

going outside and going to bed early is probably the answer but i slept the whole afternoon and now im not tired… resetting tomorrow? :D

seeing a friend today gave me a lift to life. i feel ready for a new year. 2025 was great, and in 2026 i see improvement opportunities for my self worth and mental health!
