seeing popular furry artists accept AI art is literally so infuriating. it's like in capitalism life when people agree with CEO's making more money and don't realize how it affects the lower level

popular furry artist endorses AI art (already happened) > a furry builds their own AI art generator trained on popular furry artists > AI art becomes a part of furry art > people offer AI commissions > popular artist gets mad AI is trained on their art style > its too integrated in the fandom and becomes a hot debate > ai comms become a norm and takes work from newer artists because they're "not good enough" > new artists get discouraged > rip like 50% of new artists. either they quit or they go to AI art because its easier >the percentage grows >gg

what makes this worse is furry artists are already trying their own AI art, eliminating the need for others to make like refsheets and stuff, and also popular artists saying they'd be honored to have ai trained on them

the furry fandom is like. so anti modern capitalism with corporations and stuff but is doomed to fall into the exact same pit they'd fall into if they let Wendy's capitalize on the fandom's success
