I’m sorry for snapping, I was just having a bad day but that’s no excuse cause I shouldn’t have gotten so heated over a Disney confession. I just was shocked when I saw how strongly you disagreed with it... can you please just delete my confession? Again, I sincerely apologize if I crossed the line by saying you shouldn’t post your personal opinions in the tags of others confessions. It’s your blog & you should be able to do whatever you want, I shouldn’t have gotten mad -Damsel in Distress Girl

nah I’m glad for the advice. It was never my intentions to hurt anyone’s feelings, it’s just a preference in movies! I’ve deleted the tags and apologize again; the reason I did it before was because people don’t know these anons come from other ppl and I just post them So  they decide to send me hate for it, so I just clairfy. thanks again!

(I know I’m late to reply but this has been bugging me)Not a confession but I kinda wish you didn’t post your opinions in the tags of people’s confessions... I know this is your blog & you can do whatever you want, but it hurts peoples feelings when you disagree so strongly with their confession. Especially when confession blogs are meant to be a place where your opinion gets heard & posted, not debated with from the blog admin ~ The Girl Who Wished For More Classic Damsels in Distress👸🏻

asdfghjk; no i get it i was doubtful of that; sorry if i hurt ur feelings it’s just sometimes i get anon hate cause ppl think all these confessions are literally mine and if I feel like I’ll get anons I just say that to clarify! Sorry about that and I won’t do it again! I hope u see why I did though and this doesn’t come off rude at all; I rarely use this blog cause I only get confessions once in a blue moon but I’ll post some soon. While Mickey is the mascot of the Disney brand, I always see Oswald as a better choice for it. Maybe because he was the first big success despite what had happened, but he's still one of my absolute favorites.

I did the DCP back in Spring 2017 when Pixar Live was a show during the summer. I saw that show with my friends so many times and now every time I hear “You’ve got a Friend In me” I sob because it reminds me of all the friends I made and the ones I’ll probably never see again due to distance.

I love Disney and always will... but I wish we’d get another “traditional” princess movie where she’s a damsel in distress and doesn’t have witty banter with her prince/hero/male lead friend! Don’t get me wrong, I want them to continue making strong females too... but a damsel in distress “classic” like Aurora wouldn’t hurt in between the modern girls like Moana

So, I'm probably the only one not excited about toy story 4. It feels like just another attempt to bleed a franchise and honestly the previous one closed the series perfectly along with Woody's overall arc of Andy growing up.

*SPOLIER ALLERT* Ralph Breaks The Internet broke my heart! I loved the original SO MUCH & for Vanellope & Ralph to be separated at the end of this movie destroyed me. I loved their dynamic in the 1st movie & I felt like although the princess scenes were funny, the sequel overall wasn’t necessary & messed up the lesson from the 1st movie (friendships are important/don’t go Turbo & leave your game). I wish Disney would’ve kept Ralph & Vanelope together, it would’ve been a perfect sequel

I remember when I was 5, my favorite Disney was The Rescuers Down Under. In my memories, I remembered all the replicas, The moments with Jake were my favorites. The best was when he arrived while a snake trying to attack Bernard and Bianca. The moment with his lasso was perfect… This movie is a huge piece of my childhood.

It's A Small World is not at Disneyland Shanghai and it is scary to me because there is knockoff of the ride in Shanghai but, in a different theme park. The knockoff is disturbing to look at especially the dolls and I prefer one in a official Disney theme park.

I don't think The Prince was in love with Cinderella. We never see HIM announce his desire to marry her, THE DUKE announces said desire to the king; he also can't seem to be bothered to go on the search for her -instead, the search is entirely facilitated by the Duke.

Disney has fallen into a rut of making fun of itself and finding ways to scream "we're still relevant, d*mmit!", and I don't like it. At all.

I would really like to have a Finnish Disney princess! I don't think it's ever going to happen though, since Finnish culture is not well known around the world. However, if there would be a Finnish princess movie, I think Adalmina's pearl would be perfect fairy tale to have it based on!

It would be really adorable if in a future Zootopia installment Nick and Judy would get together and adopt a child of a totally different species, like a baby skunk or something. That could also be a beautiful way of showing how a more unconventional family can still be just as healthy and loving as a conventional one.

I miss animation/live action hybrid movies just as much as 2D animation. What I wouldn´t give for another Roger Rabbit or Mary Poppins-style movie.

  I absolutely loathe Brave because Merida acted like such a brat to her parents and never gets punished or even admits what she did was wrong.
