I wonder how long this will last 🤔

Sometimes I remember the bag of tiny folded clothes we neatly tucked away and hid from our view.

After the fourth time, the emptiness inside my chest grew beyond what any hope could reach.

Every changed circumstance, everything that could of been…My heart hurts in ways I didn’t know it could. I’m mourning for the life I thought I’d have, for the moments I’ve missed, for the things I deserved a chance at. I have so many dreams where things were different, where it all worked out and you were here with us. But then I wake up and the reality feels like I’m drowning.

I still long for you, my sweet little soul, and I know you’re waiting and longing for us just as we are for you.

I’ll never stop yearning for you, my little love.
