On July 4th, we went to the playground in the morning and to a friend's BBQ in the afternoon. The kids were so exhausted they did not stay up for the fireworks.

Jeremy's trip to Squamish June 18-July 2nd.

June 18-July 2nd. Daddy was in Squamish, rock climbing, so we stayed local. We had some zoo time, mommy working on her braiding time, playground time, water play time and we got a new free kiddy pool off our buy nothing group.

From June 18-25th, Grandma and Grandpa came back to visit us. We had a great time, as always. We did lots of reading, ate lost of ice cream and special desserts, went strawberry picking and then made strawberry shortcake, and Eliana got a manicure. Grandma even tried her hand at golf! We were sad to see them go.

On June 17th we had a sprinkler party and went to the zoo.

June 8-11. Mommy, nana, pop-pop, Titi and Sam all went to Carson, Wa to an airbnb so we could visit a few waterfalls at Lower Lewis falls. Daddy went hiking on the North side of Mt. Adams.

At the beginning of June we tried to spruce up the yard a little bit. We wanted to make it look like people actually lived here :) it then got hot and our hydrangea wilted into nothing. We were able to bring it back. We will see if we can keep it alive in the hot summer.

At the end of May, Eliana and Mommy got pink eye. Uncle Peter, Aunt Liz and Cousin Leo came to visit. We had a great time. We explored many playgrounds, the childrens museum and went out for dinner with 3 toddlers/preschoolers. We took some photos but I am not posting them as this is public and I haven't discussed posting Leo on this site with his parents.

On May 22, we went to the dentist. The dentist office had a "fun room". Daddy was super excited and is planning to see a pediatric dentist from now on.

On May 20th, we moved over to a hotel for the night, so we could get in some beach and pool time. They had a cute scavenger hunt which was fun. Mommy and Daffy went to a super fun board game cafe to play Pandemic (why we would try one of the 10000 other games they had). On the 21st, we headed home :( We will miss Daffy and Stuart.

On May 19th, we went to the San Diego Safari Park. Not only did we get to see all the amazing animals and get our faces painted but also rode in a hot air balloon!

On May 18th, we explored downtown San Diego and the waterfront. Also, Nana, pop-pop and Cathy (a family friend), flew in to meet us.

Our airbnb was only a block away from Balboa park, so on May 17th, after having a morning hot tub soak, we explored Balboa park. The wildflowers were blooming for sure.

On May 16th, we drove from Los Angeles down to San Diego. We stopped at a hotel pool halfway and just got a "day pass". It was pretty awesome! The kiddos had cabana naps.

On May 15th, we went to Universal. This was mainly so Mommy could go to Mario World but the kiddos were champs and maybe had soem fun too :)

On May 13th, Daffy and Stuart Arrived (Mommy's bestie Daffy is from England/Wales)! In the morning, we went to Santa Monica where Eliana wanted her legs to be buried in the sand. We then picked up Daffy and Stuart at the airport. We went to our very nice apartment in Hollywood and then we walked along the Stars and to the Chinese Theater. On May 14th, we dropped off Daffy and Stuart at Universal and we playground hopped. We also went to see the Hollywood sign.

On May 12th we flew down to Los Angeles to meet Daffy and Stuart for our LA-San Diego trip!
