Fun fact: I usually never drink beer, but @martakocemba (who took this picture, by the way 📸) coerced me into trying a Polish beer on our trip (while dining at Restauracja Hawełka, the oldest restaurant in the Main Market Square)🍺 Needless to say, I actually really liked @tyskie, and ended up ordering it more than once during our time in Poland! A few years ago, I went exploring the abandoned POW camp, Camp 30, with my friend Marta on her birthday. It was such an interesting place; I’ve heard that it’s since been completely patrolled by the police, but it was cool to see, while it lasted! (📸: @martakocemba) — P.S. On Friday, I went to Guelph to visit my beautiful cousins, as it was Chloe’s (@elmgrovecam) birthday. I had never been to the University of Guelph campus before, but I instantly fell in love! The old architecture, the stunning gardens... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We went for a stroll and caught up on each other’s lives while wandering through the Arboretum. It felt like I was in a European garden — I barely found it in myself to leave.
