Wanda’s head turned to the direction of the mysterious girl that probably materialized out of the water vapors in the air. She seemed to be looking up towards the sky but her eyes were covered by bandages. Wanda looked up too, imagining what the silver haired girl would be looking at if she had vision at this very moment.

The day was cloudy but the weather forecast didn’t call for rain —  it hasn’t called for rain in months, the clouds were just passing through. Confused yet intrigued, Wanda wanted to ask a billion questions but couldn’t find the right ones to ask or how to ask them ... so she opted for silence. After all, the girl was probably talking to herself and didn’t even realize Wanda was right next to her.

A breeze and familiar petrichor filled the air around them. Almost like clockwork, the rain started to fall.The greenette wiped a rain drop off her cheek ... she had almost forgotten how awesome the rain felt on her skin. The summer months have been suspiciously dry, but she was glad the short drought was finally over.

Wanda looked back at her, half excepting for her to have vanished —  to have dropped her blessing on this land and left without a trace.
