hello just an ooc update! (yeah i’m still alive!!)

so school has been in session for about a month and some weeks now, spring semester has been getting harder but also getting used to the work load and such. i try to manage my time to be active on aim or twitter still so just because i’m not posting here doesn’t mean jackson is on hiatus or break. so if you want to interact with him then don’t be shy! his twitter is on his theme and aim is @got.hk! i know aim has been having some issues for some people and that’s why part of the community has migrated over to twitter but i have both so it’s just your preference.

in terms of tumblr and dash, i have been losing motivation to be on here and it’s mostly due to time management and being busy with ooc stuff as well. it’s hard for me to go on two platforms let alone three... so i hope in the summer when i have more time, i’ll eventually make a comeback on dash. until then, catch jackson on aim or twitter!

ooc announcement. 

so school has started for me again and things have been very hectic lately, i’m not sure if i can devote enough time on dash like i used to. i’ll still be around and trying to get to replies when i can, but that’s less likely considering i have tests and exams, piles of homework to work on. so it’ll be difficult to be on dash constantly as i used to but i’ll try my best to get to some. until maybe around a spring or summer break i’ll definitely be active again. however, i WILL be on aim for most of the time so please add me. my aim is @got.hk replies there will be a bit slow as well but much faster than dash. anyways that’s it! PLEASE ADD ME I LOVE MAKING NEW FRIENDS FOR MY MUSE.

The outbursts of screams and laughter from him ceased to complete silence in response to her words. A dull expression took over, his eyelids dropping half way and lips pursed as he looked at Dahyun. Jackson was notable for his hyper attitude and as some would also say, ‘wild’ so it’s no surprise he would be told to stop at some point. Though he couldn’t, especially not with someone that was under the same company as him, who knew for a fact he is the way he is. Besides, her tone didn’t come off exactly serious. After a brief moment of stillness, the dark look disappeared just to be taken over with him dancing to his group’s song, Stop stop it. “Hajimahaji haji haji hajima~” He sings softly as he moves to the choreography.

His smile only grew with the older’s response, and he couldn’t help but dance in his small triumph, that of which was only in making fun of his hyung without any strong reciprocation. His shoulders expressed his glee, and he shook his head at the provocation, giving a laugh instead of another insult.

He would have played along had it been his roommate, but he knew the heart this hyung held and didn’t want to toy with it too much just for the sake of a joke. Instead, he moved himself closer, though only slightly for he still had to give himself space to run had it come down to it. “You try doing the full dance now, hyung. When we show it to the others you can lead that time since I always do it. Maybe they’ll start teasing you instead of me…” He kept the last sentence under his breath but still all his hope in the juvenile wish for the teasing was almost unbearable at this point. Yugyeom pushed the thoughts away and went to his phone to start the song over again, the instrumentals echoing throughout the room. “Go, hyung!” He yelled with more excitement than he felt, all the while sporting a grin as he watched the latter.

He had a mock expression on his face with a scoff emitting from his lips, eyes rolling so hard they could possibly fall out but of course-- in all playfulness. He threw an arm around the younger's neck and leveled it lower considering Yugyeom was in fact taller than him. "You loving the glory from being a winner huh? The popularity getting to your head?" He then moved his knuckles to the younger's crown and gently rubbed against it before letting go, laughing. He dismissed the conversation on a teasing note and retracted to his posture, fixating on the mirror in front of the two. "Ooohh, you're giving me the chance to look cool now huh? But they will always tease you about it! It's because we love you~" He cooed with a grin stretching on his lips before his body came in tact once the music was played as if automatic. Without another response, he began the choreography as he followed the rhythm of the music, feeling as if he was one with the beat. Being taught on the aspects of a performer (especially in during his trainee days), his appearance completely changed, a more serious and stern tone complimented his looks as he continue to dance until he accomplished the steps. And with that, his performing attitude faded into cheerful one as he turned back to the younger. “How was it? Did I do okay??”

By now, the group has probably given about a handful of spoilers and accidental or not, those were most likely the last of it. He has a cheeky grin on, head shaking as his hand is raised in the air, his index finger wagging left to right. “You will just have to wait for the teasers to release just like everyone else, Lisa! But hey, I love the support.”

joohyun knew he was joking but she shot him a blank stare nonetheless, just for the sake of teasing him back. however, it was a matter of seconds before she ended up bursting into laughter. reaching over to give his shoulder a light pat, she shook her head, a smile lingering over her features. “you think so?” she appreciated his optimism towards the weather; it was likely that he was in for a small surprise once he stepped outside, but she nodded along anyway. “yeah, i think you’re right.”

hopping onto her feet again, she was quick to catch up to him, following him over to the door. “no, no! let’s do tea— i know how strongly you feel about your organic green tea after all.” she gave him a nudge before adding, “it’s sounding better by the second… and i bet you know just the place to go, too.”

there was no surprise when it came to others knowing his passion for tea, organic tea. his promotion of the beverage has died down these days but it was still, and probably will always be, a special go-to drink. "you don’t have to pretend to like it! there are plenty of other drinks. most people don't like it because it's bland and ‘flavorless’ but, i've really grown fond of the drink. it’s not that bad as people say, not to mention its countless of benefits!" there he goes, advocating the refreshment even if it was under a subtle manner.  once out of the apartment building, he guided the female a nearby cafe; one that he likes how his drink is made. “so, decided on what you’re going to get? my treat.”

“It most definitely is you,” she corrected, her index finger directing itself towards him accusingly. Having regained most of her composure, she felt free to maintain her playful attitude towards the older male. Though the two of them weren’t necessarily the closest of friends, she knew he meant well overall, at least from previous accounts she’d either heard or seen. However, to the same end, she knew that it would be an endless amount of entertainment to tease him as well. 

“Well it’d be unfair towards the other girls if only I got special treatment, wouldn’t it? If I’m with them, it’s not right for them to see that only my food has been paid for, right?” she made an attempt to tug at his more sympathetic side, a sly smile resting upon her lips. Truth be told, she did have her members in mind when it came to such things. As one of the older ones of the group, she felt a responsibility to a certain extent to make sure the younger girls were taken care of properly, at least to the best of her ability. Though with that said, it would be dishonest to say that she sometimes kept things to herself, especially a little harmless fun. “Well unless you wanna buy me a meal one-on-one, your wallet’s gonna be doing a lot of straining, oppa.”

He broke into a grin at her words, his signature scream mixed with a little laughter erupting from his throat. Jackson enjoyed the atmosphere between the two as he felt no awkwardness whatsoever-- at least, from his side but that's him, he wasn't exactly the awkward type. Regardless of not being super close, he wanted Bona to carry on her relaxing attitude with him and be comfortable.   He closed his eyes, head dropping in defeat before retracting to his normal composure. A sigh emitted from him, her words being absolutely correct and he had no counter argument to back him up, though... he did think of something. "You're right... so I can pay for you, then you can pay for the rest of your girls." He suggested, anything to avoid spending as much money, since he was always the conservative type. But it feels whatever the choice is, there will be no difference in the end. Jackson heaved, head shaking from left to right. “Why do I feel like it’s going to do a lot of straining no matter what choice I pick?”

He easily followed the older male with a bounce in his steps, his own hands stored into his jacket’s pockets to keep them warm, fingers adorned with mittens that kept them extra warm. He was wearing his hat and a scarf that nearly covered his face completely. Samuel always got cold so easily, he’d rather be warm than get sick from shivering. He made sure to walk beside his friend, his eyes roaming around the area, from the snow to the Christmas decorations, his smile turning bright, “Something warm? Yes please! That would be so nice since it’s cold out…”

His voice trailed off immediately ducking into a small bow when they entered the café, his fingers reaching out, nearly hesitantly before tugging on the older male’s jacket, his lips forming a small pout, “Are you sure? I can pay for myself if it’s too much, you know…? You need to at least let me repay you somehow! But, um, a white hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows, please!”

His moves came to a halt when feeling the younger's tug, his undivided attention from the menu shifting over to him as well as a small smile widening on his lips. Once knowing the other's drink, he took a step towards the cashier, proceeding to order the drinks and swiftly handing his card before Sammy could protest. "It's on me." He repeated, a hand reaching over to pat the younger's head, a ruffle following after but without really messing up his hair. A brief moment later, both their orders were served and he grabbed the beverages with a word of thanks, then handing the other his drink. “Be careful, it’s hot.” He gestured the younger to follow him out the cafe and advanced to the curbs, sticking close as the thick icy wind passed through him. Regardless of the harsh weather, he enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone in winter attire and the city being very alive at the time of night, it gave him a nice feel of vibrant. He looked over at the younger, his drink cradled between his palms for warmth. “Winter seems to be prolonging this year.. or it’s just been too cold.

As much as Yugyeom loved to dance with choreographers who he’d admired when he was younger (an opportunity he was only able to have once before), he loved dancing with his hyungs even more. The familiarity in their presence and the closeness with which tied them together only enhanced the activity he loved to do the most tenfold. It created a feeling he hardly believed could be replicated elsewhere, and so to have Jackson, who he admired as a dancer silently and never vocally, made his heart feel lighter in their practice

He watched his hyung dance more than he danced himself, and he found an amusement in it as well as a pleasure to be kept to himself. At the question, he nodded, his smile having grown in the feeling of teaching someone older than him. “Yeah. And your upper body twists the same way, look&emdash;” He demonstrated the part the latter was trying to do, moving slower to make his movements easier to follow. “It’s okay if you can’t get it right away, hyung. Not everyone can win Hit the Stage.”

Truthfully at times, Jackson would tend to worry about his expertise in dancing; however, having his maknae and members filled that void of fret. He felt blessed and honored to be part of a group with amazing and talented people, not to mention once again, the winner of Hit the Stage teaching him. He could feel each of his steps being examined by the younger, but he felt no pressure what so ever, he only knew he was going to get better with the eyes of a more experienced dancer watching him. It was more constructive than any criticism. Age was not a matter at this point, but a friend or brother teaching one another. Jackson watched his maknae's demonstration and followed along, picking up the movements. "Ahh I see. So it's like that." He position himself properly before playfully pushing the other's shoulder. “Wow, someone is feeling bold lately huh? Do you have anything else to say?”

I know posts like these are very cheesy and cliquey, but i dont really give a crap about that.
