A/N:Oh boy, so Iâve had this little gem sitting in my drafts for months and FINALLY got to finishing it. I have been out of the writing game so this is probably trash but I still wanted to post it

âYou could be seeing up to a foot of snow in your area in the next few daysâ
It was cold, so cold your body shivered even in the sweater you were snuggled in. You sat on the couch next to the fire but it seemed like nothing could give you warmth. You watched the TV blankly as the weather broadcaster rambled on about the snow, but all you wished was that he was there to keep you warm.

Daniel blew into his hands, rubbing them together as his breath turned into small icy clouds in the air,
âHereâs your order sirâ
He grabbed the drink carrier from the barista, nodding politely before walking away.
The snow had already started to fall in large flakes, melting as it hit Danielâs leather jacket. He couldnât help but smile but also sadden at the text he received from you,
âItâs so cold baby I wish you were hereâ
He missed you so much it hurt him. Schedule was so hectic he almost had no time off. When he received that text from you, and found out he had the night off, he knew he had to surprise you.
It was snowing much harder now as he arrived closer to your place, cursing at himself for not wearing a heavier coat. He also knew youâd do the same later, even if you did find him super attractive in the jacket.
He finally made it to your doorstep knocking quickly, his body starting to shake from the cold. However, he didnât care, he could only think about how much he wanted to

The sound of the door bell startled you. You hadnât been expecting anyone and certainly not in this weather. You got up slowly, reluctant to move from your spot near the fire.
You rubbed your arms with your hands, shuffling to the door quickly as a brr sound escaped your lips. When you opened the door your heart jumped and your stomach fluttered, almost as if you were seeing him for the first time.
Daniel was standing there in the leather jacket you loved so much, warm coffeeâs in hand,
âHello Jagiâ His deep voice ringed into your ears like sweet music.
You couldnât believe he was there, in that moment you thought you were dreaming. However if you were dreaming you did not want to wake up for this would be the greatest dream.
Daniel laughed endearingly watching as you stood there in shock. Thinking it adorable how your eyes grew bigger at the sight of him,
âY/n are you going to let me in or are you going to keep staring at meâ he smiled, knocking you out of your trance,
âah shit you must be so cold baby come inâ you said grabbing Danielâs free hand.
You pulled him inside, bringing him to the living room. You almost made him drop the coffees as you wrapped your arms around him, another laugh escaping Danielâs lips,
âI missed you too Jagiâ he said sweetly, putting the coffeeâs down so he could hug you tightly, placing a kiss lightly on your forehead.
He let go and led you to your couch, sitting down and patting the seat next to him. You sat down and nuzzled close to him, his arms wrapping snugly around you.
This was your happy place, in his arms, your head laying on his chest as it rises and falls with every breath.
You in his arms was Danielâs happy place as well. Nothing compared to being able to hold on tight to the women he loved.
Daniel couldnât help but be mesmerized by you snuggled up to him. He missed you so much that he never wanted to let you go again.
âI missed this warmthâ You sighed, snuggling closer.
âWere you really that cold without me?â he smiled down at you, bringing a hand up to gently caress your face,
âIâm only truly warm when Iâm with youâ you said, kissing him gently.
The snow fell harder and harder outside, the signs of the blizzard increasing. however, it didnât matter because the warmth from the love between you and Daniel was enough.
