A sweet spot on 5th Street, Midtown ATL. 

Trees, wide sidewalk, seating, bike lanes, buses - lots of stuff to support this density of offices/housing/retail in an urban way (GA Tech classrooms are here too). The number of people you see outside means that the design was done well.
