It's a macaw. That's fine.

Mom borrowed a kitchenaid attachment to make egg noodles. The chickens are going nuts, it's a good thing to have your own egg source. Though she's apparently having a hard time getting new chickens for the year because people are going out buying chickens when they can't get eggs. She thinks they'll be 3 months old available when people realize how much work it is and they've still got months to go until they get eggs.

The French newspaper Le Monde has a daily livestream where people can send questions or comments about the lockdown and journalists will answer them, and this woman’s comment is killing me:

“I have a chicken that escaped her coop and ran away on the road. The police officers on duty laughed and told me to stay home and that they would bring her back. It’s been half an hour and they’re still chasing after her, meanwhile I’m having coffee and watching them and laughing.”
