It's hard when you have problems but really the biggest problem is the way you feel. I feel like I might have to go back on Zoloft and I don't feel great about it. Maybe the year I did my thesis was not the best year to go off but I guess I just didn't know that I would also have all these stupid problems with my landlord. I felt secure. I guess I didn't realise how much I really do just panic. I haven't developed the emotional resilience to deal with the blows as they come. Everything feels like it's impossible and insurmountable even when it isn't. Back to the doctor I go.
