I think his perfect victory could have helped him quite a bit with that at first and we know how much he is into being "the god of the new world". Some kind of adrenaline rush. It probably wouldn't take long before it becomes a chore and he has trouble getting it up though. He would quickly start saying "Misa, I'm busy."

dude yes i heavily agree , and yes he would definitely want to be called kira in bed but would have to make sure no one else could hear them and i definitely think sex would be a chore for him, the only part he likes about it is that he feels pleasure halfway through, he would think of sex as purely self indulgent and not care about the other person at all
