honestly watching this documentary on psychedelics has made me realized that it can help with your mind by letting you be able to be free with yourself.

i’ve dealt with a lot of traumatizing things in my life and honestly i’ve avoided it for so long. is that why i am the person i am today? the true person i really am? or am i just making an excuse to feel better about myself.

other than that i wish there was a way where i can truly let everything out with no one to tell my stories and just help me talk through things

haha but don’t worry, i keep that positive attitude always and smile away to the world.
