Child YES. So this just happened on my dash. Thank you runmywaytofit!
Everyone's all like. . . I want Beyoncé's abs I want Rihanna's legs I want The First Lady's arms I want her dimples. I want her this I want her that... And I'm like. . . I want MY abs. I want MY legs. I want MY arms. During my fitness journey, I can only look like and feel like me. I want to see how MY body is going to change. I want to see how IT'S curves will develop. Because I love it. And I hope all will love themselves. Motivation comes from within. It cannot truly be found in magazines and videos alone.
Omg I just did this today.
So this is the face of someone who just got through 20 min of jogging for the first time! I did 2 celebratory planks in honor of this! Now to eat some fruit...

So. My favorite type of exercise is dancing stupidly in my room. Along with my regular routine....but no. Dancing is fantastic.
