After an intense but brief hunt, my new (almost) favorite ⌚️ finally arrived today and immediately settled itself amongst some faux 🌱🌱🌱 foliage. A too cool for words or pics Meylan diver chronograph. What we have here is a stainless steel exterior and a Lemania movement inside (not sure yet which Lemania but possibly a ☪♓️2️⃣7️⃣). This baby is even more beautiful than I hoped - it's in almost perfect shape except the lovely 👻 Bezel. Good service Rolex for completing 25 years of service at Coca-Cola. My father lasted 22 years there - the first 22 years of my life. Although he left Coke in 2000, the brand and the product, to me, are simply the best in the whole world. 🔴◽️. And the watch: a Rolex 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣5️⃣ from 1953. 14K gold. It was presented to one Philip J. Caraher according to the inscription on the back. And #siblingsaturday 👬continues with two magnificent chronos - a stunning Bulova Marine Star ⭐️🔴⭐️🔴⭐️ and it's buddy, an Excelsior Park Monte Carlo. Both are driven by a Valjoux 7️⃣7️⃣4️⃣0️⃣ and are further linked to the Zenith Cairelli (on my shopping list). Both are also chunky but we'll proportioned. A very colorful stainless steel Clebar. Its two register ⚪️Ⓜ️ dial has one of the most unique glows 🔦🔦 I have seen in a watch, especially one this old (7️⃣0️⃣s era).
