Meme may be old, but this is basically what happened in my game…
I’m 23 now, old as Lae’zel from bdg3… I remember being 21 and being like “whoa lizard woman is so much older than me huh…”
Hat!
I got my cat, my family, got video games, I am very grateful and lucky, but also hurt by the world at the same time.
God I love this game it’s so underrated
Excited for the full release of solar punk!!
I thought this was a fish tank…
in honor of EA (and, by extension, BioWare) being sold to hyperconservative financial interests, please consider buying Eternal Strands, the first title made by the new studio co-founded by former Dragon Age creative director Mike Laidlaw, which is currently on sale for FOURTEEN US DOLLARS
A next-generation action experience where the elements obey you, the terrain bends to your will, and every victory is entirely your own.
so have i told u guys about my obsession with enshrouded yet?
Other people in Enshrouded: building beautiful bases in hollowed out tress, in cliffs, make medival towns and castles, build fucking Erebor (true, look it up, he streams on twitch)
meanwhile, my poor npc must live in a big barrack, no privacy, no loo, roaming restricted to 20m
Welcome to after the apocalypse, Maggots! You are now tasked with helping me rebuild the fucking world. There's no time for luxuries like privacy or leisure.
Nah guys u dont understand- im obSESSED with enshrouded
building in enshrouded is my therapy
Man if the job market would give me a job I would be playing so many games…
Got bored. Decided to do some penmanship headcanons for the band (& the others too!).
Brynn:
Simple, quick, a bit messy. Perfect for field notes.
Oria:
It just made me think of raptors. Not too fancy, but stylish & sharp.
Dahm:
Frustratingly flourishing. So very extra.
Sola:
Clearly legible, but with a hint of flair. Bold, noble.
Laen:
A precise, easily legible script perfect for archival work.
Casmyn:
Simple, no-frills, perfect for cataloguing inventory.
Arekim:
Same reasoning as Brynn, but worse. Hatred for paperwork bleeds in.
Sevastyan:
Large furry hands & skinny quill pens make it awkward, but it could be worse.
Kenric:
Self-important, attempting at fancy but somehow still stiff and unfriendly.
Isla:
As soft and airy as her speaking voice. Still neat & legible.
Hirun:
No-fuss, quick & easy for the ten tons of paperwork she flies through every hour.
Lucia:
The final boss of penmanship. Needs her own Rosetta Stone. Laen thought transcribing Dahm's "notes" gave them the biggest migraine of the century, but Lucia's tiny, cramped, angry hermit scribbles blow him out of the water.
Casmyn Thain with a reef krake tramp stamp and a navel piercing.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
Hold your heart for safekeeping.
eternal strands is so close to being a masterpiece it hurts ⚔️
the physics-based magic is incredible, but the "indie jank" and weird progression keep it from being the next botw. it’s the classic case of a brilliant idea trapped in a frustrating shell.
if you're tired of waiting for innovative titles to actually hit your local storefront, this fixes regional delays for $0
is "innovation with jank" better than "polished but boring"?
innovation always (jank is the price of genius)
polish over everything (if it feels bad, it is bad)
it needs a sequel (fix the systems, keep the vibes)
i just want to throw trees (physics go brrr)
it's wild how many games have "mostly positive" reviews solely because the core hook is so good people ignore the crashes. we're really out here starving for something new.
