For about a year I hadn't felt much enthusiasm for the theater. It’s not that I no longer loved musicals, but that urgent desire to sit in theaters’ audience seats had faded. Until today, when I saw some curtain call videos for the new production of Kristina från Duvemåla, that longing was reawakened within me. I couldn't help but shed tears because I'm thousands of miles away from there. I don't even know how to describe that feeling. That’s truly a sad thing.

I haven't posted anything on Tumblr and don't really good at it but... just popped in to share this joy from last year……

I bought this book about KfD last year, from a Swedish second-hand website I think. Having a physical piece of one of my favourite musicals means so much… I don’t even know how to describe this feeling. As someone who can’t travel to see shows live, this feels like the closest I can get to touching that world.

I really love the title ’Bortom en vid ocean’. Min astrakan is one of my very favourite songs in the show, and this line of lyrics has some special things... I mean, after all, that's exactly what this book is to me, coming to me from an ocean far away.

And the director’s signature is an unexpected bonus, I had no idea when purchasing. I don don't know if it was from a signing event or something?
