Traditionally, they didn't know one another. Autumn, with her big, hazel eyes and curly red hair was clueless and beautiful. Jay was a fellow grocery shopper at the store, a tired man typing away at his computer at the coffee shop, and a man waiting to pick someone up outside of the OBGYN's office.
She never noticed him because she wasn't looking for him. She didn't see him, even when she started looking for him. Especially when the flowers (and their attached notes) started coming.
For the prettiest girl in the office. Happy Valentine's Day, my dove. Happy Birthday, my dove. Congratulations, my dove, you will be a wonderful mother. It's a girl! She will be beautiful, just like her mother. Are you excited, my dove?
Changing her phone number was useless. She still got strange phone calls from different numbers that changed daily. Moving to the middle of the woods, miles away from prying eyes also didn't help, though she lived with the false security that nobody could see her.
Your new house is quite lovely, my dove. It's much quieter out here. Though, your boyfriend doesn't seem happy about it.
They had been fighting. Being relentlessly stalked for your entire pregnancy (and a good chunk of your relationship) could do that to a couple. The only thing that could be worse for a woman just a week away from her due date would be her boyfriend leaving a note on the bedside table and disappearing one morning.
I can't do this anymore. I'm sorry.
She (and her neighbor) would never consider that his body was being devoured by her neighbor's pigs on a farm several miles away. The clothes had already been burned and any remaining pieces had been carefully retrieved afterwards. It was remarkably easy to sell someone's identity online if you knew the right people, and Jay certainly did.
The missing person investigation couldn't start if the paper trail insisted there was no missing person.
Jay had been sneaking into her house for weeks, but it was much easier now that her boyfriend was out of the picture. Placing a signal jammer in her home was part one of the plan. Jamming a hole into two of her tires was part two. Now all he had to do was wait. He didn't want to alarm Autumn, so he didn't activate the signal jammer just yet.
No, he waited. He watched from afar, admiring her through the various cameras he had placed in the trees that surrounded her house.
Two days.
She was pacing the house. She had been that way for a few hours now, fidgety, anxious, unable to sit still. Autumn was restless and her cheeks were flushed as she leaned, resting her forearms on the island in her kitchen lowering her head. This caused her ass to push out towards the sliding glass doors, giving the camera a direct view as her water broke. Fluid stained her skirt, darkening the soft blue fabric in a large circle, causing Autumn to jolt.
Before she could reach for her phone, before she could even react, Jay turned on the signal jammer. It was time.
It meant he didn't get to watch her through the cameras. He wouldn't get to see her panic, the way she fumbled with her phone, or how she might fight with her router, or how she tried to figure out how to call for help.
As he drove closer to her property, he imagined her face, her cheeks flushed red and her eyes wide with fear and pain. She would be vulnerable. She would finally be his.
He parked in some heavy brush to hide his car, watching as she slowly tried to stumble to her car. Her movements were clumsy and heavy with discomfort as she tried to unlock the door. Her moans were soft and breathy, barely audible from where Jay was parked. Her hair was pulled up away from her face, little curls hanging free and untamed during her rush.
The car started, reversed, and started out of the driveway. Jay watched as she gasped and gripped the wheel, clearly sure she had time to make it to a hospital. He stayed a distance behind. He knew the route. He had plenty of time. She didn't.
The wheels gave out about twenty minutes in. Autumn pulled to the side of the road and got out, clearly distraught. She was clutching her heavy pregnant belly as she stumbled to the tires, trying to figure out what to do.
Jay hung behind and watched her desperately try to fix the issue for a while before he saw her pull out her phone.
Oh, no, that wouldn't work. He pulled up to her and got out of his car.
"Oh, miss, are you alright?" He bit back a smile.
"No, no, I'm not," she gasped, leaning against her car, "I'm---I'm in labor, and my car--it's just---" She gestured uselessly at the car. "I need to call someone, I think," she winced, gritting her teeth as she tried to find her words. She was ethereal up close.
"Sure, we can call a tow truck for the car, and an ambulance for you," he tried to sound helpful, but he knew damn well neither of these things would help. The closest tow truck or even roadside assistance usually took at least 2 to 3 hours in these part of town, and the ambulance? Well, he'd work around that.
"Please, my phone has been acting so weird..." She took in a sharp breath and pressed her hands into little fists, her nails leaving little half-moon shapes in her palms when she relaxed.
"Sure, Miss." He nodded, going to grab his phone, "Why don't you take a seat in my car, for now?"
She was too trusting for a girl who had been relentlessly stalked. Maybe she was just desperate.
Jay was not entirely a liar. He did call for a tow for her car. It would come...in 4 hours.
"Oh, unfortunately it seems the battery on my phone has died."
Autumn made a scared, desperate noise, her face going pale, "No, no--"
"I can take you where you were going, miss."
"Would you?" She moaned as the pain took her again. She was writhing in his passenger seat, her body perfect even in its worst pain. She trusted him too much.
"Of course."
She was in his car. She smelled like peaches and cream and when she moaned it sounded like what honey tasted like. Something about the way she writhed and hissed made Jay ache so much it made his teeth hurt. He gripped the steering wheel so hard his knuckles turned white, his focus intense.
Autumn, mistaking his focus for anxiety, took a steadying breath between contractions, "It's okay," she gasped, "I won't give birth in your car."
Jay bit back a moan at the thought, "No worries, miss, I will get you to a proper doctor. Even if not, I am versed in baby rearing."
"You've done this before?" Her voice peaked as the pain started again.
He thought of the videos he'd watched, the articles he'd read, the prep he had done for all of this, then nodded curtly. "I have." He had gone through the scenario enough times in this head it counted as knowing it better than he knew himself.
"Ow! Ah, oh my god," she threw her head back and gripped the seat. "Fuck, it hurts," she hissed, trying to pull away from the pain. "It's--dropping---" her voice dropped too, a low moan of agony.
She was ready. Jay knew that if he took the shortcut he knew, she would make it to the hospital, where doctors and nurses would delivery her baby. But if he took the main route...
"Oh my god, it's---so low, I think---" Autumn was fidgeting in her seat, trying to pull the seatbelt off. Jay glanced at her, watching how she widened her legs as much as she could.
"Please, tell me we're close," she pleaded, tears streaming down her face.
The road was empty, as it usually was this time of day. Jay took a wrong turn that took them into the woods. This road would lead out into town, but it would add an extra thirty minutes to get to town and an extra hour before they made it to a hospital.
"Just hold on," he murmured, only partially focusing. He drove carefully. He had precious cargo on board, after all. The next twenty minutes was Autumn sobbing beside him, imploring him to take him to the hospital, to drive faster, to get her to the doctor...
She was pressing her legs tightly closed now, digging her nails hard into her thighs and bunching up her pretty blue skirt. Autumn was a wreck, her body trembling, her belly round and low, her face bright red. Tears streamed down her face as she leaned her head back, her neck exposed as she did so. She was so vulnerable. Jay fought the urge to lean and kiss the fair skin there.
"Oh--oh my god!" Autumn choked. The urge to push wasn't new. The need to bear down wasn't novel or something she hadn't grown to know. The intensity was something she hadn't known before. She didn't know her body could do it for her.
"Jay!" He had told her his name at some point. After all, you should know each other's names when driving someone to give birth. "Please, it's coming!"
Perfect. Jay didn't hesitate to cut the engine and pull to the side of the road. They were in the dead of the forest, nothing to accompany them but woodland animals and dirt. He jumped out of his truck and whipped around to pull Autumn's door open.
She was ethereal, a whimpering mess in his passenger seat trying to keep her legs shut. She was an angel, a perfect creature meant for him and only him. This would be his baby now. They would both be his.
"Alright, Autumn," he bit back the urge to call her, 'my dove,' as he knelt before her, gently coaxing her legs open. "It's time, we're going to do this here."
"I can't! Please, I want to go to a hospital! It isn't supposed to be like this!" She choked through her sobs, "I had a boyfriend, and we had a birth plan, and---" A contraction interrupted her. She screamed, a raw, guttural sound that went heavy and deep as she finally gave in and bore down.
"Oh fuck, oh my god," she breathed heavily afterwards, her eyes wide. Jay had never seen anything more perfect.
"Good girl, just like that," he couldn't believe he was here. All his work had led him here. Of course he was here. He had earned this. She would love him. He just had to show her.
"Where is your boyfriend?" He had to fight to keep the mocking tone out of his voice.
"He---he left, and I don't know wh-ahh!" She bore down again, harder this time. Jay reached and let her squeeze his hand. She held firm. It hurt, but not as much as the time it took to get her here. Not as much as knowing this baby wasn't biologically his.
"He doesn't deserve someone like you if he is going to leave you here, like this," Jay scolded. He had grown good at hiding his smiles. "Now, we need to take your underwear off for this."
"Please don't look," Autumn breathed.
"Miss, you're having a baby on the side of the road, there is no shame here," Jay scolded. Her panties were pink and stained from her water breaking earlier. When he removed them, he found that she wasn't crowning just yet, but probably would be soon.
"You're doing well, Autumn," he cooed. He was swift about tucking away her underwear in his pocket. She wouldn't miss them.
"I don't want to, I wanna go home--" She cried.
"Easy, just breathe," he purred, his hand resting on her thigh. She shook her head, her breath hitching as she tried to listen to his command.
"I--can't---it---hurts!"
"Yes, I know, I know," he soothed uselessly, the empathy lacking. She didn't seem to notice, because she was pushing again. The head was slowly starting to bulge and ---oh, her pussy was as perfect as she was. In all his time watching her, Jay hadn't been able to see her pussy up close. Fuck, he wanted to touch it, to play with it, to lick and---
Focus. Autumn was keening and screaming his name like he could save her from this searing agony. He pressed his hand to the bulge of her sex, "Breathe," he commanded as the contraction ended.
"I can't do this, I can't, it burns, it hurts--"
"It's happening, you're going to do it, there's no going back, Autumn---"
The next contraction was swift and ruthless. Autumn screamed and bore down. Jay pulled his hand back and watched as slowly, ever so slowly, the head started to stretch her open. It was an agonizing pace, one that had Autumn pleading with him to pull it out for the next twenty minutes.
Sure, he could have helped, but the process of watching this huge head slowly, meticulously stretch her tight pussy open without tearing was mesmorizing. When it came to a full crown, she shrieked, terror echoing through the forest.
"I don't want to, please, please, I don't want to give birth," she begged.
"You're going to give birth, now push, Autumn," Jay squeezed her thigh, hard, harder than he'd meant to. Autumn whimpered in fear and screamed as she pushed again. The head emerged, proof of the child that haunted Jay, the child that was the only proof of Autumn and her bastard boyfriend.
"Oh god, is it--"
"It's there, Autumn. Now give me another push." The shoulders were another debacle. Autumn's screams echoed through the forest for another twenty minutes until the shoulders finally started to give way.
"Fuck, I'm going to---I can't---" Autumn was exhausted, breathless and scared. "Please, pull it out, I can't do it."
"Push. One more push, Autumn."
"No, please."
"Now, you can do this." He was softer this time, looking in her eyes. Autumn nodded and gave him a push that was harder than any of the others, her teeth grinding hard as she pressed her chin against her chest and squeezed her eyes shut.
"Fuck! Fuck, fuck, fuck!"
It was, indeed, a healthy baby girl. Autumn named her June, after the month she was born in. She would, in an attempt to thank the man who 'saved her' that night, ask Jay to go to dinner. Funnily enough, it was the end of her stalking problem.
She never heard from her boyfriend again. She lived a happy life with her daughter, got married, and now was pregnant with twins. She had almost completely forgotten about her stalker issue until she was in labor with her twins and Jay, her husband, squeezed her hand and whispered, "You're doing great, my dove, now push."
