Like... its not that easy... or graceful hopping up to sit on a car roof
So I'm imagining that Dirk gets out of the car first and immediately just starts trying to sit up on the roof, and is jumping and sticking his legs up and scrambling to get a hold and Todd is just like wtf.... he just said he was getting gas and now he's like... doing weird ass shit again, so he waits like 30 seconds before he goes out and is like.... what are you doing and Dirk is like getting gas and Todd is like yes I am, my card is in my pocket Todd as he's still hanging off the side of the car and Todd gets his wallet out and just starts to pump the gas and Dirk finally gets onto the car and it leads into this scene where he's all like oh you, being my assistant already... so sweet...
Like I dont know the exact calculations for how high someone can just like backwards hoist themselves onto a surface like a car roof, but I'm pretty sure it's not as easy as just a good hop lol though I am a good like... 7 inches shorter than Samuel Barnett so who knows... or maybe he walked up the hood of the car and sat down
Or forced todd to give him a boost, which both of those options are still very funny to imagine
