FAUN - Walpurgisnacht (official video)
From the album LUNA. Die Walpurgisnacht is the German name for the night of 30 April, so called because it is the eve of the feast day of Saint Walpurga, an 8th-century abbess in Germania. In Germanic folklore it’s also called Hexennacht (“Witches’ Night”), the night of a witches’ meeting on the Brocken, the highest peak in the Harz Mountains, a range of wooded hills in central Northern Germany between the rivers Weser and Elbe. Local variants of Walpurgisnacht are observed across Europe in the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, and Estonia.
Herbs to aid prophetic dreams
Prophetic dreams are a glimpse into the future. They show an event or incident before it happens.
Bay leaves- place beneath the pillow before going to sleep.
Heliotrope- Place the leaves under your pillow before sleeping
Jasmine- Burn dried flowers in an incense burner prior to sleeping
Marigold- Scatter flowers in or around the bed before sleeping
Mimosa- Fill a bag with the flowers and place under the pillow- the colours blue and yellow are correspondences to psychic awareness
Mugwort- Filling a bag and placing under the pillow or drinking this as a tea are both methods of inducing dreams
Peppermint- Fill a bag with the leaves and place under the pillow

Friendly reminder to check you’re not holding tension in your body. Let your shoulders drop, unclench your hands and jaw. Take a deep breath. Much better.
this is such a genuine reminder

How to cleanse your room of bad energy
- Open the window and let fresh air and sunlight flow through the room. Also keep the door open if you can.
- Since your bed is a huge part of the bedroom, strip your bedding and throw it in the wash.
- Quickly tidy up any clutter. This doesn’t need to be a huge job. Just tackle the main things like dirty laundry and dirty dishes.
- Light an incense and walk around the room with it. Hold the incense for a while in each corner, behind furniture, and around any new items you have brought into your room that need to be cleansed.
- Fill a spray bottle with water, salt, and your favourite essential oil (I recommend lavender for the bedroom) and spray it around your room in any spots you still feel negative energy.
- An alternative to spraying salt water is you can sprinkle salt around your room and then vacuum it up.
- Still feel negative energy? Walk around your room and clap! This works wonders.
- Once your bedding is clean and dry, make your bed with it.
You’re done! You will probably feel a lot better. You don’t have to do all of these things at once. If you don’t have much time or energy but need to cleanse, just try doing one of these things.

You’re a mystic who runs a shop full of mysterious artifacts and potions and you’re sick of uninformed middle-aged suburban moms asking for energy crystals and herbal weight-loss mixtures while throwing around made-up terms.
When a middle-aged woman rolled into my shop and told me she was looking for ichor, I didn’t think much of it at first.
You get all kinds in a shop like mine, and doubly so when you put up the right signs on your door. The signs that let certain kinds of people know they’re welcome, not just the collectors or the curious or the new age mystics, looking for this root or that crystal or wanting to gawk at a jar of old bones, but the less innocuous individuals as well. The kind who mean business when they come looking for their… less run-of-the-mill specialities.

Hexing in a Pinch
Sometimes it seems like people are at their nastiest when sitting down for a meal at a restaurant. If you’ve ever seen someone being awful while out and thought “I wish I had some hexing magic on me right now,” here’s a quick spell for you.
You’ll need:
a packet of stevia sweetener
black pepper
your saliva
If you’ve ever used stevia, you know that its pure evil. Black pepper is great at banishing evil and negativity, and saliva is widely seen as a display of disgust and contempt.
Tear the packet open at the very top, then pour some pepper in from a shaker and add a little saliva in on top. Pinch the top of the packet and shake together the mixture, thinking about why they’re such a jackass. Whisper something quick like “fuck them up” into the mixture, then pour a little into your palm. Wander near their table pretending to look for a restroom, and toss some of the mixture at their feet. You can now enjoy the rest of your meal with a little peace.
