Perspective
When everything is going okay
I don’t seem to see the grey
I don’t seem to see the good
I just cease to be amazed at the thing that we call life
When everything turns on it’s head
I seem to see all in grey
I suddenly remember the good old days
And long for the ease that was yesterday
When everything turns on it’s head
I’m reminded of the beauty called life
And thankfulness becomes my companion
Introspection I sit and ponder the meaning of beauty. Society tells me that beauty is in magazine, that beauty is on tv, that beauty is in models, that beauty is found in the dominant culture.
They say men are from Mars, Women from Venus
Two different planets assigned to each
But I’ve heard it said that we are one
If men are from Mars, women from Venus where do we get the one
Lately, I’ve been musing, ruminating and pondering
