Following her own attempted murder at the hands of Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin, and the personal unmasking of Spider-Man to herself, Gwen faces an unanticipated second chance at life from a freshly motivated perspective.
To keep this brisk, the primary points of this arc are as follows:
☆ Gwen has quit her position as Oscorp to focus on seeking grants, investors, and partners in her own work and research. (While still attending and finishing her time at ESU)
⋆ Because of the incident on the bridge and Peter’s rescue, Gwen is aware that he’s Spider-Man.
☆ Working part time as a teaching and research assistant at her school.
⋆ Everything leading up to issue #121 still stands, with slight variation shifting to the Marvels issue where Gwen shows a strong interest in absolving Spider-Man of guilt in the death of her father.
