UPDATE: With the 7.2.0.4 update tomorrow, weapon crafting will largely go back to expected behaviors. Illegitimate frames and perks on crafted weapons will be replaced with legitimate ones and any attempt to craft new out-of-bounds weapons will kick the player to the login screen.

With these fixes, we feel comfortable releasing the Master Crota's End Raid mode and Checkmate Control modifier in Crucible Labs.

Other Guardians do them too! Reed-7 was known as Strike-Dad:

"Drinks," Reed says, setting down three tall mugs wafting with steam. Aisha offers him a supportive but strained smile. "Careful," he notes as she reaches for a mug, "they're hot." He'd earned the nickname Strike-Dad thanks to obvious and well-meaning cautions like that.

Tommy's Matchbook also mentions how the lack of Hunters in the Tower is making "bounties and strike assignments pile up." All other gameplay activities are also being done by other Guardians too: Crucible, Gambit, dungeons, raids, even patrols. Young Wolf is canonically the first to do stuff like dungeons and raids, but after that, others do them too.

And in-universe, they all also have the same discourse as the players do. Funniest example of this:

Nkechi-32 lies on the hull of her ship, skimming through gossip and salvage requisition lists on VanNet. Agu nestles in the magnificent feather ruff of her chest plate and looks out at the debris of the Reef. "'Revised Crucible rules are garbage,' blah blah blah. How does this have like three hundred comments?" she says, flicking to the next page. "Where's the juicy stuff?"

With Season of the Deep beginning today, we want to take a moment to share some vital information and a few issues we're actively investigating.

💠 Some subtitles do not appear during the Season of the Deep opening cinematic.

💠 The "Electric Armor" and "Amped Up" Artifact mods names are switched. These mods will still function correctly based on their descriptions.

The description for the Cenotaph Mask exotic Warlock head states that the priority target effect will activate when damaging a boss. This effect also activates when damaging minibosses, vehicles, and champions.

Players will need to have completed the Unfinished Business exotic quest on Neomuna in order to access the new quest and unlock the new Strand Aspects and a Legendary weapon.

So now that glaives have been a thing for a while, how complicated would it be to add an iron lord axe to the game. Heavy attack like throne cleaver instead of shield, and light attacks like glaive.
