Trying to explain to your neighbour why the landlord walked out from your apartment without a shirt on in the early morning...

Diana: Thank you for the fruitcake, Jasmin! And about the landlord, he was really just here to fix.. the sink! He was here to fix the sink! But his shirt got wet all over, that’s why he was walking out of here shirtless this morning.

Jasmin: Girl, I see you... He’s cute.

Diana’s first night in the city took an unexpected turn when her most handsome landlord asked her out on a drink.

Landlord: I remember you said you loved music, so I thought you might like seeing this place. I play here sometimes in the evening to earn some extra cash on the side of my job as a landlord. Though I bet you aren’t one for taking the nitty-gritty gigs of the city, now are you?

Diana felt very proud that she succeeded in making herself breakfast without setting herself on fire. This legacy is off to a great start!
