Yummy Avocado Toast 🍞🥑

Ingredients:
▢ 1 large avocado
▢ garlic powder + salt
▢ 1 tbs chia seeds
▢ 1 tbs flax seeds
Instructions:
Cut the avocado in half and smash it in a bowl.
Add in salt and garlic powder to taste.
Spread on 2 pieces of toasted wholegrain bread.
On top, sprinkle the chia and flax seeds.
