OKAYYYY MY DUDES
Y’all have been asking me so many questions since my last post. I REALLY DO NOT want to give you tips on how to hurt yourself however, I will give you HEALTHY TIPS on how I lost 70+ pounds in 3 months!!
warm lemon water when you first wake up (drink with a straw, teeth are important 😊)
DRINK WATER!! This is a given but I mean smash a whole gallon in a day my dudes
Drink ACV (Apple cider vinegar) 30 minutes before every meal! Don’t forget to dilute it! (Drink this through a straw too!)
I ate 2 meals a day. First meal was a big ass bowl of fruits or veggies and the second meal was whatever I wanted. (Tried to keep it healthy) I am also vegan
EAT LESS CHEESE AND MEAT (shits filled with mucus and parasites yuck (but eat whatever makes you feel happy haha)
Whatever you eat, make sure there is proteinnnnn! Also lots of fiber.
Protein drinks, I would drink the chocolate premiere protein drinks almost everyday. Protein is important but don’t overdue it!
JUMP ROPE! (At least 10 minutes a day) this helped me tone up so much and it burns so much fat throughout the day!
DRY BRUSH YOUR WHOLE BODY MY CHILDREN DO IT! DO IT NOW.
TAKE VITAMINS MY PEOPLE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF BEING SKINNY TAKE THE DAMN VITAMINS!!!!!
And now my dudes I will answer some questions.
Did you get loose skin? I did not get loose skin, it was thanks to dry brushing and drinching my body in vitamin E oil and Shea butter. And the water of course ;)
Did you workout? I jumped rope at least 10 minutes everyday. I also went on walks most mornings but it was never more than 15 minutes.
How many calories a day? My beautiful peeps, I will not tell you the calories but just know I ate way more than you think! I had lots of carbs but I also had lots of fruits and veggies. Although this isn’t the exact calories I will say it might have been around 900 calories or more
Are you happier? -I know people say you won’t be happy and your life will not get better after you loose weight. I am still hella depressed, but I look like a snack. You feel me?
Did people notice? -Honestly I don’t mean to be that people, but I have been getting more attention from guys, but fuck them I was still a bad bitch back then, I’m just not obese now y’all.
What food did you eat? -lots of fruits and veggies! Remember I am vegan! I ate ramen and potatoes and LOTS of pasta. Anything I wanted. Basically pure carbs 😄
Stats? -I am 5’4 and around 109 pounds as of right now. I am just focusing on maintaining my weight and toning up.
Before and after pictures? -I will post before and after pictures after I tone up a bit more! Maybe around early September? Don’t worry, you will see so much of my body you will be sick of it lmao.
