Good Morning!!! Starting my day off with peppermint tea and a teaspoon of honey (1 PP)
Dinner tonight is a salad (0 PP), with grilled marinated shrimp (4 PP), Parmesan cheese (1 PP) and Light Thousand Island dressing (1 PP) Total PP: 6
Honey Roasted Turkey Breast - 2 PP Laughing Cow a Cheese Wedge - 1 PP Pink Lady apple - 0 PP Iced Tea - 0 PP
Lunch today is from Subway! I had a 6-inch turkey on wheat, loaded with veggies! I did have cheese on it and ranch, so those were extra points. I'll skip the cheese next time, but I do like the ranch. Total points for lunch today 15 points plus, higher than I will normally go for lunch but not bad for eating out.
Morning Snack 12 oz nonfat white mocha for 5 points plus and a banana for 0 points plus
Getting back on track today!!! For breakfast I had a cup of tea with a teaspoon of honey for 1 PP, and yogurt for 2 PP!
