This building looks like it used to be a small high school.
Having the chandelier and then that giant fish just really says something, but I’m not sure what.

I feel like the people at HGTV don’t always have their priorities straight. The ottoman as it was before is so much more FUN! Sure, they made it more functional as a sort of stand-in coffee table, so that’s nice I guess, but if you stick a tray on the first one, it’ll do the same thing........
The all-around wood paneling, the blue floor, the yellow and blue pastels everywhere -- It might be a little much for those neutral-palette types, but to those of us who like a little color, it’s just right.
This is an infant’s bedroom. God help us.
Look at how shiny all the drawers in this house are. That is all. Thank you.
This is almost cheating. I DID knowingly scroll over to New Orleans on Zillow, but though I lived there for four years in college, nothing could quite prepare me for the purple sink. The living room features four different wall colors (if you include brick as a “color"), the bedroom with two beds, three. Maybe it’s not “tasteful” in the usual sense but it’s certainly appealing.
This building for sale in Newnan, Georgia defies expectations of what a residence looks like, as well as attempts to figure out what exactly it was intended to be when it was (halfway) built.
Funky carpets, seemingly of a different color in every room in Twentynine Palms, California.
Someone had their way with the flooring.
That’s not entirely a bad thing, though it looks like it could use a good steam cleaning, and seeing a chandelier hanging over that orange flooring is ... something.
