Meditation Tip

Recently I’ve been using throat singing as music to help me relax whilst meditating; it worked well but I had to really focus to stay calm.  Tonight I used Bardcore (specifically a cover of Gangsters Paradise) and it worked even better than the throat singing.  I think it’s something to do with the fact I’m already familiar with the songs in their original form.

Warlock is an offensive term when used incorrectly as it means a witch who has betrayed their coven for no good reason.  Leaving a coven because it doesn’t work for you does not make you a warlock.

There is no such thing as black magic, white magic, or grey magic.  There is no such thing as good magic and bad magic.  There is such thing as good intentions and bad intentions. 

It’s okay to follow a single pantheon It’s okay to follow multiple pantheon It’s okay to not follow any pantheon

Your craft is yours and yours alone, even if you are in a coven you need to make sure you are learning and practising the way you want to. 

Believe in yourself and trust your own instincts before anything else.

I personally see Curses as basically the magical equivalent of a gun. You start shooting at someone because they said your shoes are ugly, don’t be surprised when you get thrown in Magic Jail™, but if you shoot a 6 time r*pist, though it could have been handled in other ways, no sane human being is going to complain with the results.

Just saying, check your targets and keep your finger off the trigger until you can make a clean shot.

Totally agree with you. Curses are definitely a last resort and should be used if you’ve used exhausted all other options.

They’re a powerful tool that definitely get the job done but can definitely be too extreme for most situations as you say.

Hi - I'm angry at my current partner for treating me like shit and not apologizing for it, I want some sort of spell to get him to feel how shitty he's been making me feel for months but also for him to take initiative and apologize

Hi,

Honestly if this is how you feel I don’t think any spell will help. I believe that you if you’ve spoken to your partner and he isn’t listening then you should leave.

Using your energy to make him feel miserable isn’t going to help you, and may cause him to take it out on you even more. There is a price for everything whilst using magic (trust me I learned the hard way).

Some people aren’t worth it and so I would say if communication doesn’t work, show him how better off you are without him; I know it isn’t easy to do this, but for your own sake I recommend it.

I have recently added a spell that will help you see your own true beauty, I think that you should try it out so you can see how much worth you have as an individual.

I know this isn’t exactly what you asked for, but I hope it helps.

Inner Beauty Spell

Tools: - Mirror - Glitter Glue/Paint - Rhodonite - Black Obsidian - Sage  - Pink/Red Candle (if unavailable use white) - Sigil for ‘True Beauty’  - Tarot Card; Empress

Instructions: 1. Call corners/deities and light candle and set Empress card down 2. Sage the mirror so it is cleansed 3. Hold Rhodonite in your non-dominant hand with the mirror in the other and recite; ‘Mirror mirror in my hand, Show true beauty, in glory so grand Mirror Mirror do not lie, Show the beauty, don’t be shy.’  4. Draw the sigil on the back of the mirror with glitter glue or paint 5. Hold to black obsidian in your non-dominant hand with the mirror in the other and recite; ‘Mirror mirror in my hand, Show true beauty, in glory so grand Mirror Mirror do not lie, Show inner beauty, don’t be shy.’  6. Thank the corners/deities and blow out candle. (You’ll usually see results when you sleep).

New Spell

The spell did work but in a way I really wasn’t expecting. I’m going to see if I can work on the glamour more.

This ended up being a dream spell that shows your positive attributes as opposed to a scry spell for inner beauty. (I know they’re the same thing but the way it works isn’t quite what I was hoping)

Things to Research Before Working with the Fae

Research is the most important thing to do before heading into Faery work and witchcraft. You want to have a lot of in depth and versatile knowledge covering many areas of the topic so you’ll be able to understand and interact with the Fair Folk! If you don’t want to work with the Fair Folk you can use this list to help yourself understand them and take the proper measure if you ever stumble upon them. I know the list could go on forever but I’m compiling the topics I find build a good foundation of understanding. I have compiled this list to give those interested guidance and a push in the right direction, it is best you do your own research before asking other’s personal knowledge and opinions!!

Vibe Rant

Over the past year I’ve been feeling as though my vibes have been all wrong - almost as if I’m in transition to something new. I don’t like being stuck inn limbo but I’m really looking forward to whatever my new calling is. 

I met my partner in December and since then I properly got confirmation of being under Artemis as I managed to gain the trust of usually skittish animals quite quickly. 

I’m just not sure where I’m going but my tarot cards say I should find out soon; I just don’t know when. I feel like colour association is important right now for some reason but I can’t figure out why... 

Here’s hoping I find it soon I guess.
