Imagine: Jungkook getting to a point in his life where he doesn’t feel ANYTHING. Doesn’t find pleasure in food or in anything he used to love. Doesn’t find pleasure in the company of his group or his friends. Loses his smile completely. He walks around “existing” but only barely.

BTS want to bring him back to his “old self”. Each one tries something separate, something nostalgic or new. Nothing works.

One day VMin chance upon a butterfly effect, something that changes their lives forever. Something they’ll learn to regret. Jungkook had set his laptop down but hadn’t locked the screen. And Jimin wasn’t trying to snoop. He was just trying to clean up the mess that was Jungkook’s room, to help him out. He knew Kook didn’t feel like cleaning. He only wanted to help.

He never meant to glimpse what JK was looking at. But he did. They both did. Taehyung saw it too. “Maybe this is the way we can bring him back.” Jimin says absentmindedly but with his whole heart. Taehyung stares in silence, trying to process everything. “I don’t know Jimin… I don’t know.”

They do it. It destroys them, all of them. From the bottom up, none of the boys are ever the same again and what they once thought was an unbreakable bond is rotted from its core.
