I invest my money into my wellness
I invest my time into my wellness
I invest my energy into my wellness
Looking after my mindset and body is priority
Ways I do this:
-Dedicate my mornings to me. I don't check my phone at all for messages, and I complete my mindful morning routine. Meditate, affirmations, stretch, tea, eat, journal.
-Save / put aside money from my 9-5. Specifically put it towards my monthly up keep. (Manicures, pedicures, other beauty up keep, therapy).
-Listen to my body. If i'm tired I rest. I don't push myself over the limit. or else I end up falling behind what I want to do anyway. I preserve my energy and put it towards working out, my business, creating music and other art.
It's not always easy. But having at least one day of the week all about wellness really helps. (mine is Sundays) :)
