I drew Link from The Minish Cap after finishing the game (I abused Switch Online save points.) and named my file ‘Minnie’!
That game is good, but very confusing. I had to use a walkthrough a few times since I got stuck a lot. Also, it is NOT fun playing with only 2 button configs. Where the sword isn’t a permanent one. It is a gba game, but still.
I’m playing Link’s Awakening (remake) right now, so that’ll be my next LoZ drawing!
I finished Wind Waker a while ago (now my first Zelda I’ve finished) so I thought I should draw Link - or Slurmp, which I named my save file!
I find it a little weird that WW Link doesn’t have at least a LITTLE tan. So I gave him one.

i feel so defensive and protective of people with ARFID like if i had a disorder that made my brain register 90% of food as poison for no reason and i had a bazillion people on the internet constantly calling me a manchild who needs to just grow up and stop being a picky eater i would start killing people
people with ARFID and people with very few autism safe foods and people with contamination OCD and people in ED recovery and everyone else with a complicated relationship with food that no one takes seriously GET BEHIND ME!!!!!!!

Design reasoning under cut!
For Pomni, I used a Jester from the c. 1826 painting “Court Musician and Fool” by Gerlier.
Her gloves are obviously inspired by rubberhose gloves, but I changed her yellow glove ring thingys to the baggy ones Sonic the Hedgehog has in his classic design.
I always thought her weird shorts looked a little too funny (especially after the Fortnite skin reveal), so I changed it into a skirt, kinda like the Gerlier Jester’s.
I added a lot of more bells to her design because I thought it’d be funny.
Her longer jester hat is inspired by Duffy’s Jester Pomni design. I like big hats on small characters.
The star accents on her design are just there to satiate my need for filling in negative space. Plus, think it looks nice :)
I imagine Pomni’s handwriting to be clean, but not elegant. And like me, sometimes capitalizes the wrong letters sometimes. She does capitalize her sentence-starter words, though!
For Jax, I used Raggedy Andy as my inspiration. For obvious reasons. I just used more design elements from Andy compared to the original Jax design, like stripes and mittens. I also suck at drawing hands.
I made Jax a lot more pastel just because it looks nice (and pardon me for this stereotyping, feminine) just to have a good androgynous balance to their design.
Jax has stitches on their ears to mimic plush bunnies or something (also, I think Glitchtrap has those too so)
I thought it’d be cute to give Jax rosy cheeks. Nothing too crazy.
Jax has furry legs simply because I like to make animal-based designs look more like animals. And no, I’m not a furry myself. No hate, I love furries.
I imagine their handwriting to be messy, but not unintelligible. Just enough to aggravate people. They also add a little flair to their lines more the dramatics.
For Ragatha, I used Raggedy Ann as my reference. I specifically taken the polka dots and apron from the character.
I made her hair short because it was much easier for me to draw than whatever the hell the original has. Sorry. I don’t do well with noodles.
I think it’s a given that Ragatha’s handwriting is elegant, just like her mum taught her it to be.

I'm so overstimulated with knowledge right now after watching the premiere, but I can't indulge until it comes out on YouTube due to the lack of fan content.
I am carrying the heaviest burden I have ever carried. I'm trying to fill the void with something else, but its really hard (ADHD brain)
All I can say without spoiling it is
Never bring your baby to an overstimulating flashing screen. Please. I can't do it again. (The baby was the most respectful baby I've ever come across)
