Okay so I was thinking about this. So what if there's a sleeping beauty senerio and the only person that they think can wake up the forever sleeping maiden in distress is her best friend. So they bring the best friend to the sleeping maiden and say "okay kiss her, you love her right?" but the best friend is like "nah I can't wake her with a kiss" and they're all confused like ??? And the friend just goes up to the sleeping one and just picks up her hand and gives her a high five and she awakens and they fist bump and yay ace aro hero who doesn't just end up with the fren and doesn't question who they are to satisfy others : )

Someone: Lance is horrible he only cares about himself

Lance: directs Commander Iverson's attention away from Pidge so they don't get yelled at- getting yelled at himself instead, helps rescue Shiro, catches Allura when she falls out of the sleep chamber, literally uses himself as a human shield to protect Coran from an explosion- almost getting himself killed/knocking him into a coma, e m e r g e s f r o m a c o m a just to shoot Sendak when he threatens to crush Pidge, despite feeling extremely homesick he understands the gravity of his new role in life and doesn't ask if he can go home- only voicing how he misses home, reminds Keith they can't hurt the Balmera at least two times, compliments his friends when they do a good job, thinks about his family and misses them so much everyday

No I can't buy anything with that *immediatly answers, in the most innocent and pure voice* bro: you can buy free stuff (Like wow that was actually clever and smart and this kid is too much and he knows he has those dimples and puppy eyes and he can use them holy crap. Guys there is a kid that seriously brings up my ability to watch the entire season 2 of voltron the day it was released all the time. Like is it in awe?? Is this how I'll be remembered??? If so I'm really proud of that *high five me, an obsessed person* (Also I was watching it at my lunch table and like yelling random stuff and no one was surprised or confused. At all. Apparently it is very normal and everyone just rolls with it. Like?? I'm so proud???)
