This is what I love about Plexus! You are NOT supposed to starve yourself on Plexus... we NEED to eat!! Just be smarter about what you eat and have healthy snacks within reach!!! Nuts, Fruits, Cut up Veggies, an Avocado... try to go with Whole foods and if you have to do processed foods, try to find ones with few ingredients! I personally have gotten more into almonds and avocados to snack on. Two weeks ago it was broccoli and bananas 🍌 #HealthierChoices #NoLongerCraveJunkFood
