Jeffrey blinked at the other, confused as to why someone would just stare at him like that. He wasn’t really one to stutter or stammer, but the other just made him feel so awkward he can’t help it. “U-uh. Hi…? I guess?”

Noah looks up as if he has no idea why the person had approached him, when he knew very well why. "Hi?" He forces his brow into a furrow. As much as he would like to explain why he'd been staring, he simply cannot; thus fueling his act of pretending to not know what's going on.
