Viktor knows that their little girl, their daughter, Jane (can you tell who had a say in the name picking? xd), is all his responsibility when Mel is gone. Although living in Piltover, Viktor still grew up in Zaun. He has those Zaun instincts, familial and parental instincts. He’s not one of those parents who will stop their kid from doing anything and going anywhere, no, no. Because he knows how lucky they are to live in Piltover.

Viktor is by no means a top-notch father. He struggles to use a knife or a stove with one hand, and he doesn’t understand boy troubles that his teenage daughter has. But he DOES know her favorite color, candy, food, etc.

Going out to the mall with dad!viktor is like having your own personal wallet. “Get it sweetheart,” He’d say if his daughter laid her eyes upon a necklace for half a second. “Put it in the cart,” anytime she picked up a bag of chips or candy. He would’ve killed for this freedom as a kid, to not have tight money, to get whatever snacks he wanted. And seeing his daughter’s face light up when he allows her to get a t-shirt she wanted makes his whole week.

Oh my god, and if someone hurt HIS baby girl? If someone tried to advance on her? If his daughter was sitting on a bench, eating ice cream with a short skirt on, and some old man passes by with a snarky comment, “You don’t get that view every day.” Viktor might’ve just beat the man to death.

I’d like to think Viktor hits people with his cane. Trips them on the sidewalk, tilting their head up with his cane with a cold, “What did you just say to my daughter?” I don’t think Viktor is particularly strong, but he is intimidating. Usually just calling out the creep does enough, but I’d think that if Viktor saw the man again, they would be ridiculed in public, pants get torn down, or they mysteriously trip over their own feet.

Another thing I think about is if dad!viktor had a teenage daughter, and he had her period schedule memorized. Knew when they were running low on tampons, knew when she was craving her favorite snacks. It’s not like he keeps track on a pad of paper, he just KNOWS.

It’s those Zaunits parental instincts wbk!!!

I dream about domestic modern AU!melvik a lot.

Mel coming home to an otherwise empty house besides a note sitting on the counter saying “Don’t make dinner.” So she doesn’t. They have a black cat that roams their apartment, rubbing up against Mel’s legs (side note, I’d like to think Mel gets jealous when the cat sits on Viktor’s lap and not hers <333. “He just likes me more,” Viktor would brag 😵‍💫🩷).

So when Viktor comes home with Mel’s favorite take out, groceries, and flowers, one of the bags hanging off his cane, she’s quick to shower him with love and attention for the rest of the night.

Im also obsessed with the idea that movie nights with Melvik are full of cuddles under thick blankets (Viktor is def the type to be cold 25/8), the cat from before plopped right on top, interrupting any kisses or caresses with it’s fat butt.

Hi, I’m making a post because something very serious happened in Korea and I’m hoping as many people are alarmed at this.

Deepfake photos have been made and sold on telegram (an anonymous chatting app), and almost 220,000 users were identified for being in Korea. About 70% of those were teenagers, and a list of schools (including colleges) that had victims within the chatrooms in the past couple of years was posted.

My school was on the list and it has been identified that two of my close friends were direct victims.

So that’s why I’m making this post. It’s a little bit of a rant and it’s mostly my anger getting the best of me.

Waking up, finding girls BEGGING their friends to take down photos from their instagram profile, the terror we felt when we found out men were hacking into privated accounts to take revenge, watching my friend breakdown as she tells me that she’s being investigated because her face was deepfaked into pornographic content - can you imagine that? Because that was me two days ago.

Korea, as a whole, is extremely lenient on their criminals - especially sexual offenders and minors - and it’s TOO LENIENT on men.

This situation is not being reported as much as it needs to be, and I’m trying to grasp onto straws by alerting people that know my stupid account on how fucked up this country is.

Men are making friends-only stories saying shit like ‘Why are y’all concerned? Y’all are ugly af’ (this is a real post i had the pleasure of seeing), and people in general have this fucked up view on AI generated content saying shit like “Isn’t this better than actually getting assaulted?”, and it makes me sick to my stomach.

I have to go to school. I have to walk around campus with the fear that maybe, just maybe, the man I walked past just now has seen a deepfaked photo of my friends. The perpetrator’s aren’t limited to simply the number of accounts within the group chat - what if they passed their phones? What if they texted the photos to each other after making them on the telegram? Our school has a big dormitory - what happens within those walls FILLED with men?? The more I have to think about it, the more sick it makes me.

I am not being the most informative and rambling more than anything. But my excuse is that there aren’t many reports and credible sources talking about this. So I’m going off on my personal experience as much as possible.

Please, people - especially women - be fucking warned about this situation. My country is one of the biggest perpetrators, but that doesn’t mean this deepfake issue isn’t (already) worldwide. It’s gonna get bigger, it’s gonna get more dangerous, and it should be making you sick to your stomach.

I hope all victims, including including my friends, get the justice they deserve.
