Allstate recruiters and employee volunteers were out in full force at the Arizona Women's Expo April 20-21 at the Phoenix Convention Center, promoting the Allstate Exclusive Agent and Exclusive Financial Specialist opportunities! We gave away a spa basket (pictured) and had a great time networking with our fellow vendors.

Allstate agents are supported by Allstate employees across the country through the Allstate Ambassador movement. Ambassadors are engaged advocates of the company, always striving to help improve the compny through volunteering, recruiting and referring. In the Southwest Region, our Ambassadors support our search for agents by helping at tradeshows and events. We love our Ambassador volunteers!
We were honored to join our business partner and friend Lea Marquez-Peterson at the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) Enterprise Business Awards luncheon on May 1. Lea was recognized as Minority and Small Business Champion of the Year for her work as the President of the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Arizona. Congratulations Lea!

On April 11, Allstate was recognized by Ranking Arizona as Best of the Best in the financial and professional services industry! The Southwest Region Recruiting Team sent Michelle Lochmann & Michelle Weakley to the event to meet with fellow "Best-of-The-Besters" and to stand up and represent Allstate during the ceremony.

Allstate and the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce teamed up to host their monthly luncheon at Frida Bistro in downtown Salt Lake City today!
Each of the Utah Hispanic Chamber members received an Allstate-branded coffee mug and $6,000 referral "checks" :) A real check could be yours if you refer an agent to us! Send us potential agent candidate's information through our online form: http://www.werecruitagents.weebly.com. If the candidate indicates you referred them, and they become an agent, you could receive $6,000 45 days after their agency doors opened!
On March 29, Allstate hosted the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Latina Business Enterprise for their workshop Inspiring Latina Entreprenuers: A Pathway toProsperity. Attendees heard from five successful women small business owners from different industries across Arizona. It was a great event!
