You guys finish watching Game of Thrones yet? ME NEITHER!! I am going to try to finish it tonight but thanks to *la internette* I basically get the jist. Cersei is dirty with a butch haircut and Jon Snow dies? Several question marks?

Feeling kind of blue lately. Waiting for my hair to grow into mermaid hair takes time. It has been a fun experience letting the natural come through; I’m finding my natural dark blonde is full of silver hairs (YAS) which I am a fan of.

My hair has lightened up quite a bit- I made the choice to go light brown in January and now here we are in June and we have almost reached platinum again. 

I’m also feeling kind of “eh” from the “three year itch” in terms of work. July will be my third anniversary here at the studio.

Lemon Water

Drinking lemon water because I just ate my weight in Cadburry mini eggs. Havent washed my hair since Saturday morning (it’s Wednesday) and I've used enough dry shampoo to warrant powder dry strands. Really I’m just trying to Ilyana Fix My Life on my own.

Bought the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly and I’m in love. Worth the $35. Wearing Bourjois Rouge Edition in 02 and it is creamy and not wormy. Also painted my finger nails with Essie Fashion Playground.

Feeling Beigey

All of a sudden, on a really crappy winter day, I found myself wanting to look like Kim Kardashian. You know, because it's totally realistic to pull off Armenian colouring when you are the whitest Canadian.

I found a quote of hers that said M.A.C's "myth" was her favourite nude, so I galloped on to M.A.C., applied it, and then sashayed to Shoppers Drugmart to look for an alternative. 

I ended up spending the same ($24) and found a great nude in Bourjois's newest line "Rouge Edition" named "Beige Trench".

It avoids the "wormy" look I end up getting wearing nude, or like I just applied concealer to my lips.

Also look at my baby bun!!!! I found a $3 box of Feria "Wild Ombre" at Winners and brushed my ends in chemicals. I'm almost at mermaid hair length!!!!

I went to Tracy at FUSS to get my natural colour back. Platinum was fun but now it's time to buckle down, get real plain, and grow my hair.

Got my hair cut this weekend at FUSS in Leslieville. Tracey did an amazing job shaping the frizzy shapeless mess that was my hair into a cute lil bob and of course killing my roots of all their mousy brown naturalness. I haven't had it this short EVER and I am in love with it.

Kraft Dinner Cheese Packet

I showed this tumblr to some friends and you know that feeling when they're scrolling not out of interest, but in silent "OMG WTF" ... ?

Well, the narcissism hasn't changed. I'm still going to show you what crap I throw on my face and what colour I disgrace my hairs with.

Feria "Wild Ombre" in 060 - which is basically for dark brunettes to go acid orange. Who knows why? I don't know why - M.A.C. liquid foundation, Diorshow mascara, M.A.C. eyeshadow and brow powder in Omega.

Ends are still pinky.  Roots are getting derpy. 

Gave in to my "I HAVE TO HAS" and purchased Diorshow mascara. It's great. No clumps. Definition. Volume. Length. Worth the $31 :(
